1. Overview
TurboApply AI is a Talent Signal Engine operated by Turbostone Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. We provide both free analytical tools (such as our ATS Resume Scorer) and paid Managed Executive Outreach, targeting publicly available roles and the hidden job market to help candidates reach decision-makers directly.
2. Eligibility & Data Accuracy
Users must be at least 18 years old. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that all professional data, resumes, portfolio links, and credentials provided to us are entirely truthful and accurate. You agree that TurboApply AI is not responsible for verifying your credentials and you assume all liability for any false information submitted to employers on your behalf.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your account security. We are not liable for any misuse due to user negligence.
4. Use of Platform
You agree not to violate laws, disrupt our outreach servers, or use our Managed Outreach tools for spam or fraudulent activity.
5. Refund & Visibility Guarantee Policy
Starter, Lifetime & Pro Plans (30-Day Visibility Guarantee): If your Real-time Dashboard shows zero recruiter profile views within the first 30 days of active outreach (beginning once all required onboarding materials are submitted), you are eligible for a refund of the purchase price, minus any applicable non-refundable third-party payment gateway processing fees (e.g., PayPal, Cashfree).
6. Subscriptions & PayPal
Subscriptions (Pro) may auto-renew. To avoid unintended charges, users on PayPal must cancel their subscription directly within their PayPal dashboard.
7. AI, Managed Content, and Free Tools
While our Expert Strategists and AI assist with outreach materials and resume scoring, you are responsible for final verification. Our ATS Resume Scorer provides AI-generated estimates based on industry standards and does not guarantee how specific third-party employer applicant tracking systems will process your resume. We act as a Talent Signal; we do not guarantee a final hire, specific interview calls, or job placements.
8. Recruiter & Employer Interaction
We facilitate High-Intent Outreach to employers on your behalf for both public and hidden roles. However, we do not guarantee specific employer responses or intervene in final hiring decisions.
9. Maverick B2B Employer Terms
A. B2B Services Overview
Under our Maverick division, Turbostone Technologies (OPC) Private Limited provides B2B talent acquisition services to employers through two primary models:
- Contingency Placement: Providing pre-vetted candidates from our proprietary talent pool.
- Screening-as-a-Service: Screening and shortlisting candidates provided directly by the employer (up to 2,000 resume screens per billing cycle).
B. Employer Fees and Payment Terms
- Contingency Placements: For employers utilizing our contingency model, a placement fee of 20% of the candidate’s first-year base salary becomes immediately due and payable upon the candidate signing an employment offer.
- Screening-as-a-Service: Employers utilizing our screening subscription will be billed at the agreed-upon monthly rate (starting at $499/month). This is a recurring subscription. Employers may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
C. Employer Guarantees & Replacements
- Contingency Replacement Guarantee: For contingency placements, we offer a 90-Day Free Replacement Guarantee. If the hired candidate is terminated for cause or resigns within the first 90 days of employment, we will provide a replacement candidate for the same role at no additional charge. No cash refunds will be issued for contingency placement fees. This guarantee is void if the termination is due to company layoffs, restructuring, or a change in the job description.
- Screening Services: Due to the labor and compute resources required to process up to 2,000 resumes, payments for the Screening-as-a-Service model are strictly non-refundable.
D. Employer Liability and Hiring Decisions
Maverick acts strictly as a Talent Signal and screening intermediary. While we heavily vet our talent pool, the employer assumes full and sole responsibility for the final hiring decision. Employers agree that it is their exclusive responsibility to conduct formal background checks, verify references, confirm legal authorization to work, and assess cultural fit. Turbostone Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for the performance, actions, or conduct of any candidate hired through our platform, nor for any losses or damages incurred by the employer as a result of the hiring decision.
10. Communications and Marketing
By creating an account or submitting your information through our free tools (e.g., the ATS Resume Scorer), you consent to receive transactional and promotional email communications from TurboApply AI. You may opt-out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those emails.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Turbostone Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any misrepresentation of your professional background and credentials to third-party employers.
12. Intellectual Property & Termination
All “Talent Signal” technology is owned by Turbostone Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. We reserve the right to terminate access for breaches of these terms.
13. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
