To facilitate our Managed Executive Outreach, we collect:

C. Payment Information

Notice on Data Sales and Sharing: We do not sell your personal data to third parties for monetary gain. If you access our service from outside India, be aware that your data may be transferred to and processed in India and other jurisdictions where our Expert Strategists and service providers operate.

9. TurboApply AI Chrome Extension

In addition to our core web platform, we offer the TurboApply AI Chrome Extension. The extension is designed with a “privacy-first, local-only” architecture. Its data practices differ from our main web platform in the following ways:

  • Data Collection & Processing: The extension requires access to the active webpage (via the activeTab and scripting permissions) strictly to extract the text of the job description you are currently viewing. It cross-references this text against the PDF resume you upload into the extension.
  • 100% Local Storage: The resume you upload and the job URLs you bookmark are saved securely within your browser’s local storage environment (chrome.storage.local).
  • No Data Transmission: The Chrome Extension does not transmit your resume, your saved jobs, your browsing history, or your match scores to our company servers, nor does it send them to any third-party AI providers. All keyword extraction and analysis happen locally on your own device.
  • No Tracking: The Chrome Extension does not utilize cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels.
  • Data Deletion: You can permanently delete all data stored by the Chrome Extension at any time by clicking the “Delete” icons in the Saved Jobs tab, or by simply uninstalling the extension from your browser.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect platform improvements. Changes will be reflected with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use implies consent to the updated terms.
