Welcome to TurboApply AI, a product developed and operated by Turbostone Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, products, and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

TurboApply AI provides an AI & Human-assisted co-pilot service for job seekers to streamline and automate job applications, and helps employers connect with suitable candidates efficiently.

2. Eligibility

To use our services:

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and use.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your account. We are not liable for any misuse of your account due to your negligence.

4. Use of the Platform

By using TurboApply AI, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt unauthorized access to other systems.
  • Use our services for spam, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

5. Services & Subscriptions

Subscriptions may auto-renew based on the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

To ensure proper cancellation and avoid future charges, users who subscribed via PayPal must cancel their subscription directly from their PayPal account.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

If you wish to cancel, please:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account and cancel the active TurboApply AI subscription, or
  2. Submit a cancellation request by emailing us at support@turboapplyai.com

6. Refund Policy

Effective for purchases made on or after November 12, 2025

Eligibility

This refund policy applies only to users who have purchased the Standard or Pro plans.

The Starter Plan is non-refundable under all circumstances.

How Refunds Are Calculated

We want our users to be satisfied with our service. If you decide to cancel your plan before it completes, we offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your plan.

A one-time fee of $80 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover onboarding, payment gateway fees, and taxes.

Refund Amount = Plan Price – (Pro-Rata Cost + $80 One-Time Fee)

Example Calculation

Let’s say you purchased the Pro Plan for $249, which includes 500 job applications.

If you cancel after 5 days and 50 applications have been submitted (10% of the plan used):

  • Pro-Rata Cost = 10% of $249 = $24.90
  • One-Time Fee = $80
  • Refund Amount = $249 – ($24.90 + $80) = $144.10

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • The Starter Plan is strictly non-refundable.

7. AI-Generated Content

While we use AI to assist with resumes, cover letters, and cold outreach, the responsibility for reviewing and verifying the final output lies with you. We do not guarantee job placement or interview calls.

8. Employer Interaction

TurboApply AI helps job seekers by reaching out to employers on their behalf via cold emails. However:

  • We do not guarantee responses or employment.
  • We do not intervene in the hiring decisions or negotiations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology used on the TurboApply AI platform are owned or licensed by Turbostone Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the preceding 3 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, especially if:

  • You breach these terms.
  • You engage in abusive, harmful, or illegal behavior on our platform.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
