1. Overview

TurboApply AI provides an AI-assisted co-pilot service for job seekers to streamline and automate job applications, and helps employers connect with suitable candidates efficiently.

2. Eligibility

To use our services:

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and use.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your account. We are not liable for any misuse of your account due to your negligence.

4. Use of the Platform

By using TurboApply AI, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt unauthorized access to other systems.
  • Use our services for spam, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

5. Services & Subscriptions

We offer both free and paid subscription plans for job seekers and employers. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the pricing and features listed at the time of checkout.

  • Billing: All charges are processed securely via our authorized payment gateway.
  • Renewals/ Cancellations: Subscriptions may auto-renew based on the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You may submit your cancellation request by submitting your request via email to support@turboapplyai.com
  • Refund Policy: We offer a 100% refund if requested within 24 hours of your purchase. No refunds will be issued after this period. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval. Processing time may vary slightly depending on your payment method and location. You may request a refund by submitting your request via email to support@turboapplyai.com
  • Downgrades & Cancellations: If you cancel or downgrade your plan, access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days.

6. AI-Generated Content

While we use AI to assist with resumes, cover letters, and cold outreach, the responsibility for reviewing and verifying the final output lies with you. We do not guarantee job placement or interview calls.

7. Employer Interaction

TurboApply AI helps job seekers by reaching out to employers on their behalf via cold emails. However:

  • We do not guarantee responses or employment.
  • We do not intervene in the hiring decisions or negotiations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology used on the TurboApply AI platform are owned or licensed by Turbostone Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the preceding 3 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, especially if:

  • You breach these terms.
  • You engage in abusive, harmful, or illegal behavior on our platform.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
